RICS Homebuyers Report:

This would be a good, overall opinion as to the condition and value of the property you wish to purchase.  The report would highlight essential repairs, and would bring your attention to further specialist inspections that may be required and would advise on any further maintenance items.

We are able to offer a homebuyers report service throughout the Birmingham and West Midlands area.

Building Survey:

This is a more detailed report and is usually carried out on properties unsuitable for a homebuyers report, such as period houses or those of a non-traditional construction.

This report may also include special requirements of our clients, including possible "disruptive" investigations by other specialists.

We are able to offer a building survey report service throughout the Birmingham and West Midlands area.

Probate Valuation:

We provide valuations for Inheritance Tax (IHT) and/or Capital Gains Tax (CGT) purposes in order to assist clients, and their legal advisors, in dealing with potential tax liabilities and grant of probate.

Matrimonial Valuation:

We provide an independent market valuation service.  This includes producing reports in accordance with the Civil Procedures Rules (CPR) for clients, and their legal advisors, and acting as an expert witness in producing reports for the courts.
