Regular adverts appear in the Birmingham Property News (now titled "Home Seeker"), Bimingham Mail, Hodge Hill Gazette, Castle Bromwich Gazette, Alex Smith & Co in-house magazine.
Those publications and our own in-house adverts give us the opportunity to fully display your properties with several colour photo's and a more detailed description.

Accompanied Viewing:

Alex Smith & Co. offer a fully accompanied viewing service.
We can either hold a key to your property and carry out viewings while you are at work, thus saving you the time and hassle involved, or we can meet you at your home and accompany the viewing in your presence.

Please note: KeysIf we hold a key to your property, we do not carry out viewings without your prior permission, and try at all times to give you at least 24 hours notice.
